Sleep "Master Document"
Here is the blog post containing all mini-habits I inspire to integrate to make my macro-habit of daily excellent sleep as robust as possible.
SLEEP
I aim to get excellent sleep (almost) every day of my life.
I define excellent sleep as bla bla.

What I have learned so far from a habit-robustness perspective is the following:
I need to bring my earplugs with me whenever I may be sleeping somewhere other than my own home.
If I plan to sleep somewhere other than my own home, I am always increasing the probability that I might get poor sleep. I can never predict the conditions of another place's sleeping environment.
